# Data Security with Proxxi Voltage

## All data is collected and stored in compliance with GDPR requirements

The Proxxi Voltage Wristband does not record or share any personally identifiable information.

Neither the Proxxi Voltage App nor the Proxxi Hub App does not and will not access any private information from the mobile phone where it is installed.

When logging into the Proxxi Voltage App, the user must enter their phone number, but name and email are optional.

Login is not required for the Proxxi Hub App.

Login credentials for the Proxxi Voltage Dashboard are optional (at the discretion of the user and the user's organization). Login credentials for the Proxxi Voltage Dashboard require the user's email address and name.

When alert and use data us synced from the wristband using either the Proxxi Voltage App or the Proxxi Hub App; it is transferred directly to secure cloud storage.

Data is encrypted at REST and while in TRANSIT. To support individual privacy, interaction data cannot be seen by the person collecting it. It is only available to authorized managers within the dashboard.

When Proxxi manages the data, we store the data in a GDPR-compliant stack powered by Amazon Web Services.

Your organization also has the option to manage your own personal data rather than having Proxxi host it. If your organization decides to manage its own data, they are responsible for its security.
