App not locating the wristband

If you are unable to locate the wristband using either the Proxxi Voltage App or Proxxi Hub App, try these troubleshooting steps

If you are having trouble finding your Proxxi Voltage Wristband with either the Proxxi Voltage App of Proxxi Hub App, please try the following steps:

  1. Check that your wristband is charged
  2. Confirm that the wristband is not connected to any other mobile apps nearby
  3. Ensure your Bluetooth is turned on
    1. Wristband and mobile must be within 30 feet of each other (Bluetooth range)
    2. Mobile app must be given permission to access Bluetooth (requested during login)
  4. Confirm that you are not connected to the wristband via the phone's Bluetooth directly, and instead are connecting via the mobile app interface
    1. If you have connected via the app's Bluetooth directly, "Forget" the connection
  5. If connected to WiFi on your phone/mobile device, try using mobile data instead
