The wristband's 4 character ID is used for wristband identification and for logging into the Proxxi Voltage App. It can be found on the underside of the wristband pod.
Wearers can find the wristband's 4 character ID can be found in 3 places:
- On the underside of the wristband (ensure the charging cradle is removed)
- On the outside of the wristband's packaging
- At the top of the Proxxi Voltage App while connected to the wristband
In both the Proxxi Voltage Dashboard and the Proxxi Hub App, multiple wristband IDs may be displayed
- In the dashboard, users can see wristband IDs in the data on each table.
- In the Hub App, wristband IDs are used to identify connected and nearby wristbands.
