Sending a Support ticket from the app (iPad or iPhone)

In order to submit a Support ticket via the iOS app (both Proxxi Voltage and Proxxi Hub apps), your email must be logged in on your iPad or iPhone

iOS app tickets are sent via email. In order for the app to send an email, you need to have completed login to your email on your iOS device.

Here are instructions for how to log into your email on an iOS device.

You do not need to log into the app with your email (or log in to the app at all) to send a Support ticket via the iOS app.
